- Follow only the instructions for your own examination concerning fasting, drinking water or preparation for contrast imaging.
Are MRI and CT the same?
No. They are different methods; the examination is chosen according to the clinical question.
Must I fast for every scan?
No. Preparation depends on the examination; ask the unit where you booked for instructions.
Can I view images in the patient portal?
Confirm current access on the portal screen or with the hospital. Access to a viewer that is not connected is not promised.
